Director | Master Controller
At Purple Cow, Paddy leads with a focus on strategy, innovation, and team empowerment. As a director, he’s all about keeping the team happy and the business moving forward, while being the first to admit that “very little” of the actual work ends up on his desk. Delegation is an art, after all!
When he’s not plotting Purple Cow’s next bold move, you’ll find Paddy in his natural habitat; socialising. Some might say he’s too good at it, but he sees it as networking with benefits. His workday is fuelled by good music, and creative freedom to experiment, learn, and grow.
Fun fact: The name Purple Cow was born over a casual pub conversation, with Paddy’s firm belief in not blending in when you can stand out? 🐄💜
Nigel
Managing Director | Bow-wow-oss
Nigel was introduced to the world of work in February 2024, and has already climbed the canine corporate ladder, and is now the bow-wow-oss.
He started in the sales department and because he earned the most treats, he was promoted to Managing Director. He checks up on the team regularly by demanding belly rubs and sitting on people’s laps – no HR complaints, yet!

Andressa Compiani
Quantity Surveyor | Coffee-fuelled cost controller
Andressa is Purple Cow’s ever-detailed Quantity Surveyor, keeping projects on budget while making sure we hit quality and compliance standards. From managing costs and documentation to keeping the team running smoothly, she’s a pro at balancing the big picture and the fine print.
Outside of work, she’s all about staying active—playing Futsal, hitting the gym, practicing yoga, and even rolling into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Her workday essentials include music, coffee, and a good chat.
What she loves most about Purple Cow is the freedom to try new things with candour, and have fun while doing great work.
Joseph Abad
Operations Manager Extraordinaire
At Purple Cow, Joseph keeps the gears turning smoothly; overseeing day-to-day operations while building strong, trusting relationships with clients. For him, success is all about consistency, communication, and that personal touch that turns clients into long-term partners.
When he’s not optimising workflows, Joseph is whipping up something delicious in the kitchen. Like any good recipe, he thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. At Purple Cow, no two days are the same. The ever-changing challenges push him to think creatively and adapt on the fly. Purple Cow offers him the flexibility to balance work and life, plus the freedom to treat the business like his own. And just like his teammates, his workday runs on good coffee in a fun environment – the fuel for both his productivity and his soul.
